At Tavho, we put a lot of care into curating and delivering each product so that it reaches you in the best possible condition. Our team performs thorough quality checks before dispatch to ensure that your order is exactly as promised. However, we also understand that sometimes issues can arise, and we want you to shop with complete confidence.

Our Return & Exchange Policy has been designed to be fair and customer-friendly. While we encourage mindful shopping, we also provide flexible solutions in case something doesn’t work out for you.

Here’s how our policy works:

Returns are limited to damaged or defective items only. If your order arrives in a faulty condition, we will happily accept a return and ensure the issue is resolved.

Exchanges and store credit are available for all other cases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another product of your choice or opt for store credit.

Original packaging is mandatory. To maintain quality standards, we can only accept returns or exchanges if the product is sent back in its original packaging, unused and with all tags intact.

Timely requests are essential. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. This allows us to process your request quickly and ensure availability of replacement pieces.

No returns without original packaging. Items sent back without their original packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.

We aim to make the process as smooth as possible. If your item qualifies for return or exchange, our customer service team will guide you step by step. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process your exchange or issue store credit promptly.
